Owner and operator Wendy Bush can often be found smiling behind the grill. She launched Winniez after years of friends and family telling her that there was something special about the way she cooked. Her recipes were rich, flavorful, and unique! Wendy can take your standard favorites, add her special touch, and elevate the flavor to a dining experience your guest won't forget.

The original Winniez food truck started with a refurbished ice cream truck. This truck is still in our fleet today and is used exclusively for deserts. More recently we added a second truck allowing us to attend more events and travel throughout greater New England.

The name Winniez came from Wendy's late sister Lorietta. She lovingly referred to her younger sister as Winnie. Lorietta was a fan of Wendy's skills in the kitchen and many recipes were born from their weekly family get togethers.

Today Winniez is operated by multiple members of the Bush family. From our kitchen to yours, all recipes are created with love and we look forward to serving you a piece of something special.
